What is a fitting service?

Customers can use the free return service that allows customers to try on hats at home and return them without worrying about the size or texture of the hat.

Rules for trying on

  • Payment method is only credit card.

  • Up to 3 pieces can be ordered at one time through the fitting service. Some special items such as made-to-order items and made-to-order products are not covered by the service.

  • [Returns] If you wish to return the product, please contact us within 10 days from the arrival of the product, and use the slip enclosed when the product was shipped to our company. Please send it back.

  • Items cannot be exchanged for items that cannot be returned within 14 days of arrival. As soon as the work arrives at our company, we will inspect it and if there are no problems, we will cancel the payment by credit card.

  • Please let us know if the size does not fit you or if you would like to exchange it for a different item, and then send it back to us using the slip that was enclosed when the item was shipped. As soon as the work arrives at our company, we will inspect it and if there are no problems, we will send you a replacement.

    *Even if there are multiple fittings, we will cancel the items returned.

    *We cannot accept exchanges for works that are damaged or soiled due to the customer's responsibility.

  • There are no shipping charges for returns. Please attach the slip that was enclosed when the product was shipped and return it to us. Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for lost or lost slips.

  • Try-on service is limited to orders from within Japan. Please note that we cannot accept trial purchases from outside Japan.

Try-on app rules

It takes 14 days for the payment to be confirmed, so we have a system where the payment will automatically run in 14 days after you press the purchase button after trying on. The return deadline is 10 days, so please use the form below to request a return within 10 days.

Is it possible to try on 3 items and purchase 2 items and return 1 item?

Of course it is possible. If you can return the 2 works that you like as a purchase, and if you can return the 1 work, we will cancel the returned work from the payment of the credit card you paid. Please feel free to use our try-on service.
