What is a fitting service?

We offer a free return service that allows customers to try on hats at home and easily return them without worrying about the size or material of the hat.

01Fitting can be done slowly at home

Even if you don't have time to go to the store, you can comfortably try on hats in the comfort of your own home.

Rules for trying on

  • Payment method is credit card only.

    * Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTER, AMEX, JCB

  • Up to 3 pieces can be ordered at one time through the fitting service. Some special items such as made-to-order items and made-to-order products are not covered by the service.

  • [In case of returns] If the product does not meet your expectations and you wish to return it, please contact us within 10 days of your trial purchase and return it to us using the shipping slip that was enclosed with the product.

  • We cannot exchange any items that are not returned within 14 days of the trial purchase. If you wish to return any items purchased through the trial purchase, please contact us via the inquiry form here and return them.

  • If the size doesn't fit, or you would like to exchange it for a different item, please let us know and return it to us using the shipping slip that was enclosed with the item. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and, if there are no problems, we will exchange it for a new one.

    *Even if you have tried on multiple items, we will cancel all the items you have returned.

    *We will not accept exchanges for artwork that has been damaged or soiled due to customer reasons.

  • There are no shipping charges for returns. Please attach the slip that was enclosed when the product was shipped and return it to us. Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for lost or lost slips.

  • Try-on service is limited to orders from within Japan. Please note that we cannot accept trial purchases from outside Japan.

About using the fitting service

The payment confirmation period is 14 days, so the payment is processed automatically within 14 days of receiving your order. The return period is 10 days, so please contact us using the form below to request a return within 10 days.

FAQ

Is it possible to try on 3 items and purchase 2 items and return 1 item?

Of course. You can keep the two pieces you liked and return the other one. We will then cancel the payment for the returned piece from your credit card. Please feel free to use our try-on service.
